What is sold

• Sheet music and backing tracks — files to download. Nothing is sent by post.
• Books and editions — as files, or as a printed book with shipping.

Part of the sheet music is published free of charge — it can be downloaded without buying and without registering.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is by card through Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express,
and also Apple Pay and Google Pay if your device supports them. Card details are handled by Stripe;
the site does not store them.

TO BE FILLED IN if tax applies: how VAT or sales tax is charged.

How you receive your purchase

Right after a successful payment the file links appear on the order page, are sent to your e-mail
and are kept in your account. You can download them as many times as you like, with no time limit,
for as long as your account exists.

Printed books are shipped within TO BE FILLED IN working days. The shipping cost is calculated at
checkout and depends on the country.

If the e-mail has not arrived, check the spam folder and look in your account: the files are there
in any case. If that does not help, write to us.

Refunds

Downloadable files

By placing the order you ask for the files to be delivered immediately and thereby waive the right
to cancel the purchase once the download has started — this is how digital goods work under EU law
and in most countries.

But if a file does not open, is damaged, does not match the description, or you bought the same
item twice, write to us within 14 days. We will replace the file or refund the money.

Printed books

You may return a book within 14 days of receiving it if it has not been used and is in resalable
condition. Return postage is paid by the buyer if the book is in order. If the book arrived damaged
or is the wrong one, we pay the postage.

The money is returned by the same method you paid with, within 14 days after we receive the return
or your request.

What you may do with the sheet music

The purchase gives you the right to use the scores and recordings personally and in the ministry
of your congregation: to play, sing, rehearse, perform at services, and print as many copies as your
musicians need.

Without the author’s written permission you may not: publish the files online, pass them to other
congregations or people, sell or resell them, issue collections, alter the text or the music and
present it as your own, or use them in commercial recordings and paid concerts.

Account

Keep your password safe: purchases are tied to the account. We may close access if we see the
purchased files being distributed.

If something goes wrong

Write to us first — almost everything is settled by e-mail. TO BE FILLED IN if needed: governing
law and dispute resolution.
